How Sound and Light Affect Our Consciousness
There are some proportions between sound tones and between light colors (which correspond to certain frequencies of light waves) that generate specific feelings in our consciousness1. These feelings occur when the ratios between sound or light frequencies are in complete and perfect harmony with the structure of our consciousness. These ratios correspond to the ratios of the spheres of consciousness, which follow the law of square roots of whole numbers. These ratios can be used for Sound Healing and Light Healing.
To better understand how this mechanism works, let’s see the pattern in the formation of minor and major chords in modern Western music. Major and minor triads are formed through the combinations of tones with the ratio of frequencies equivalent to the ratio of simple whole numbers, such as 6:5:4, as shown in the figure below. Since minor triads are not so accurately expressed by ratios of these numbers, they are formed by other similar ratios of numbers, which are closer to the harmonic sequence: 15:12:10.
Let’s take into account how intervals between levels of consciousness change within a space of spheres. The composition of intervals in traditional major and minor triads reminds the spirit of two possible paths of movement in the space of consciousness —ascending and descending. Therefore, it triggers two opposite feelings in our souls. By its vibration, the minor triad reminds your soul of the way down, the path of decreasing the dimensionality, thus causing sadness, sorrow, yearning, and reverie. The major triad reminds us of the natural way up, the path of natural evolution. It creates joy, uplift, and excitement. In Video 1 and Video 2, you may listen to examples of sound tones generated in proportions of the structure of our consciousness, specifically in proportions of the first nine and next seven spheres. They are generated by two special musical instruments called “The Voice of Consciousness” and “The Call of Angels.” An experiment with these instruments, conducted on volunteers, showed a 100 percent positive effect on listeners. Below are some of the many testimonies of the people who have listened to the instrument tuned to a musical scale corresponding to the first nine levels of the spheres of consciousness.
I like this sound. It doesn’t take away my energy; it resonates within me. I could live with this sound; it is gentle but not excessive.

I’m describing my immediate reaction to the black wind chime instrument: the energy came from the area of my shoulder blade, rose up along my spine, and discharged into my crown chakra.
Ley S., reiki master
The wind chime instrument is amazing. The sound is focused and seems to give a breath of fresh air. It soothes the mind and brings calmness and solutions.
Wane P, musician
My first reaction to hearing the Wind Chime was joy. It brought a smile to my face.

This instrument has surprisingly clear, transparent tones. I’ve never heard such tones. There is something in them that is just naturally calming. On the day I heard them, I was under real stress. Always ready to put aside current tasks, I hung it in my office and started experimenting with this instrument, hitting the pipes randomly, with different intensities and frequencies. As soon as I started playing it, I felt my stress just fading away. Oh my! It has a great sound, and, at the same time, it produces a therapeutic effect—what a pleasure!

Proportions between frequencies of light, or colors, affect our consciousness the same way as sound. The only difference is that the frequency of sound is measured in hertz, while the frequency of visible light is measured in terahertz (THz). For example, the frequency of 440 THz corresponds to a specific tone of red color. The frequency of 580 THz is a specific tone of green color, and the frequency of 622 THz is a specific tone of blue color. If you take light waves with frequencies corresponding to the same ratios of square roots of whole numbers, you’ll get a palette of impeccable scale of colors, on the basis of which you can paint pictures delighting your spirit. The soul of every person will enjoy this scale because it is chosen according to the laws your soul lives within. Below are some examples of color scales corresponding to the proportions of the spheres of our consciousness.
By using these laws, you can paint a picture in minor tones or in major tones, depending on what feelings you want to convey to the one who will look at your canvas. It’s the same as in music. You’ll be able to paint pictures or make stained glass windows whose contemplation will elevate your soul as well as the souls of other people closer to heaven—that is, to the highest levels of consciousness. You can do everything in color.
This knowledge brings about new opportunities for people and has an immediate practical application. For instance, it might help artists pick up a color’s gamma, allowing them to embed certain emotions in their works. This fact alone can revolutionize visual arts. You can also create objects and architectural structures that harmonize and enhance our consciousness using specific proportions.
